I'm looking for a roommate to move in asap. I have one bedroom available w/ a toilet and sink off it along w/ a walk in closet. Washer/Dryer in basement, garage included as well. I do have a young child that lives in the home so i would like to find another single parent so we can possibly help each other but thats not needed.
