The apt.is a one original bed room converted to two bed room apt in a Building served with two Elevators and laundry.
UNFORTUNATELY IT DOESNT RECEIVE DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
The Rooms size is around 120sq/ feet.
I need someone to commit for at least two months up to 6 months with the possibility to length this period!!
Rate is 1,100. monthly Including Utilities. for a single person
Rate is usd 1,400.00 for a couple (maximum ONe month for a Couple)
Weekly rate $450.00
Reimbursable Security deposit is $ 800.00
