Preferred room and roommate description

Wanting to enjoy Florida for a few months on a trial basis but don't want to feel lonely doing so! Looking for someone to share a really nice spot in South Beach or the mainland, and live life well. Health must be important...eat well, exercise...no smoking. As for me, I am a life coach and entrepreneur, 35 years old, enjoy socializing, and time alone too to read and relax.
