Hey everyone,
I am a 21 year old male currently some sort of temporary housing while I possibly take on an internship in a North Miami recording studio. I am hoping to be a full time audio engineer and need to intern to learn more. I'm not sure how long it will last for, so I don't know how long I'd need to rent for (anywhere from 3-6 months). My needs for a room/apartment are as follows:
-Must be in the $200-$450 per month- (maybe up to slightly more, depending on location, privacy, housing-type, cleanliness, etc.)
-Must be close (within 15 miles MAX) to this address (1995 NE 150th St, North Miami, FL 33181)
-Must be temporary (month-to-month payments, no set required time I have to stay there for)
-Must be able to move in by the early-mid in February/ maybe early March
-Prefereably has pictures of the apartment/room available for me to see
-Understands that I probably won't have income or a job right away, but I will have money saved up so you WILL get paid on time from me
I don't care if it's a house with roommates or I have to take over the rent on an apartment because you're leaving, I just need a place to sleep at night, as I'll be busy interning all day and then possibly working a separate job at night if I can get one. I don't drink or smoke and I don't really bother anyone, but if you are social people then I won't have any problems talking or hanging out. The place doesn't have to be fancy, but hopefully not too much of a mess either, because I like to keep things clean.
