The apt - has balcony overlooking a lake - is in a quiet complex - is currently furnished, painted and decorated (I love Ikea!) - is near great restauraunts, malls, grocery stores, Palmetto and I-75 - is $600 rent, but we'd split water and electricity. Cable (we'd split if desire cable) and internet (all you) optional.

About me: - fun, responsible, neat teacher - likes to have fun, but likes quiet time too - hates doing dishes, but keeps a tidy home - never drinks, smokes, or does drugs - occasional overnight guests, but enjoy entertaining friends on the weekends mostly - do not need absolute quiet to sleep, but like my shut eye.

Needs roommate that - is responsible and timely with paying bills - is female - does not mind dogs - will share in communal space clean up - has a job! - doesn't have to be my best friend, but will look out for one another - in considerate and kind - can sign 12 month lease - nonsmoker, light drinker (no more than once a week ) and does not do any drugs!
