    Available May 28 - August 20: Looking for a female roommate to share this beautiful beachfront condo and rent the master bedroom. Washer & Dryer in unit. Spacious Condo. This place is beautiful and relaxing, completely furnished, right on the ocean. Plenty of windows in the living room and sliding glass doors in the bedroom with direct access to balcony. Absolutely no pets! I am looking for a nice, responsible, professional female roommate only to share the place......lease time frame is only 3 months (12 weeks) for the summer months, $1200 per (4-week) month. Utilities $75 per month to cover cable / electric / internet. First Month plus Security Deposit to move in.
