Suitable room mate could choose carpeting and paint colors for their room, and help design new garden retreat. This is a nice, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Looking to create a true Writer/Artist House. Occasional artist get togethers with other creative writers. Conservative politics, not religious but spiritual. Teens are finally leaving and I can have a new type of life that nurtures my creative side. I am a published author working on a novel.
