Preferred room and roommate description

I am looking for a female or male roommate. I'm a single Dad and my son would be living with me on a parttime basis. He is 15 yearsold and is a good kid. At this age, he tends to socialize with friends then with me. I would prefer my roommate to be in law enforcement, military, or with a good stable job.
