Preferred room and roommate description

HI my name is Jamie and I am looking for a new roommate. I have a room available in my condo for $400 a month. Rent includes your own room and bathroom. The house is fully furnshed except for that room. Utilities would be split 50/50, this includes cable, electric, gas, and internet (if you have a computer). I also have small dog, she is potty trained and all that good stuff. Smoking is ok on balcony or outside. There is parking onm site, and two pools and hot tubs. I keep the condo pretty quiet, i enjoy going out, but not bringing the party back to my house. Alcohol is fine in the house, but no drugs. A little about me, im 24 and go to asu im majoring in psych. I also work full time so im not home most the day. I am very friendly and sociable and get along with everyone. I go out on weekends usually and spend at least one day floating around the pool having a beer and BBQ.
