Preferred room and roommate description

Spacious, 1020 square foot, furnished, two bedroom two bathroom condominium. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are private. The second bedroom is a pretty large in size with a ridiculously large mirrored three door closet which goes the length of the wall(the inside of the closet is about 2 or 3 feet deep and about 12 to 14 feet long). The master bedroom is large in size, with a pretty descent size closet. The condo has a great room which has sliding doors going to the patio with a storage room, and just outside the patio is a gated pool with a Jacuzzi. All appliances already here (refrigerator, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove). Condominium complex is also located in a very convenient area. It's within twelve miles of the MCC and ASU campuses, and within walking distance of a supermarket, bus stop, parks, etc...

I'm originally from New Jersey, and I have been living here for a little over four years now. I am a neat, easy going, and hard working guy. I know how to do basic plumbing an other repairs around the house, so if there are any issues with anything I will take care of them or get them taken care of.
