I just moved to Tempe Arizona from Colorado to go to college and am with a real estate agency and in an apartment that I don't like so I'm planning on moving out by mid June or the end or June to different apartments in West Mesa and I need a roommate. I don't have any furniture so I'm looking at a furnished place. You'll be living in a 2 bed 2 bath with just me. utilities are separate ('bout $20 ea). I don't smoke but if you smoke outside that's ok. washer and dryer are included in the apartment. it has a patio, it's gated and has covered parking. any more questions? just ask.
