Preferred room and roommate description
Hello! I am a 29 year-old professional female. I have just bought a house that I LOVE. The backyard is one of my favorite parts of the house. It has a nice pool and leads to the waterfront where you can paddleboat, canoe, kayak, etc. I am very in to interior design and am looking forward to making this house feel like a home.
I am pretty occupied with my work during the week. I am very easy to get along with and won't add any drama to the living situation. I don't smoke(don't mind if you do outside) but will have the occasional drink on the weekend. I love dogs - just recently had to put down my 12 year-old lab :( I am open to having a dog if he/she is well behaved. I am looking for a kind, clean and responsible roomie to share this house with.
The rent will be $425 + split utilities. There are 2 bedrooms available so if you would like to move with another person that is an option.
