Preferred room and roommate description
I have two extra rooms, plus a mostly-empty living room, in a 2200 sq. ft. 4 BD 2 BA home that is remodeled and updated, including pool. There is a patio, BBQ, HS internet, RO water, fenced back yard with grass for pets, close to parks, lakes, and library. Its about a mile from the 101 and 1.5 miles from the 60 freeways. I'm asking $400 per month, including utilities, for a 11X12 ft. room, and $500 for a 10X18 ft. room with a walk-in closet. The living room space is included but must be shared. I have a separate "family room" also, which has furniture. I'm a young 46 year old man, just divorced, who needs extra income to pay bills. I'm easy to get along with.
