I am looking for a roommate, in an apartment that is located close to UC Merced and the Merced Community College. It is about a 5 minute drive/10 minute bike ride to the community college and is about 10-15 minutes from the UC. Cat tracks does pick up in the complex.
You would have your own bedroom and bathroom with a shower. There is a fully-equipped kitchen where you would have full access to as well as a dining room and living area. Wireless internet is available, as well as a land line phone (even though they aren't used very often anymore), and is part of the utilities.
The utility cost varies from month to month with internet being about $20/month and electricity/gas being around $25 and less/month.
In the complex there are pools and spas, as well as washers and driers and a recreational room with various workout equipment and an indoor racquetball court.
