Preferred room and roommate description
Greetings! My name is Pat, and I have a nice room with a private bath in a cozy home for rent. Room will be available by 11/20, and I'm offering the first ten days of rent for free. Pay the security deposit on move-in, and then December's rent on 12/1. The available room is unfurnished, and you will have a sole use of full bath that is across the hall from the room (I have my own bathroom in my room.) I am out of the house all day during the weekdays babysitting my grand-daughter, and usually gone for part of the days on the weekends working my part-time job. In my free time I read, play on the computer, watch some TV, and have recently started pursuing my Associate's degree. I'm pretty laid back, and while I like to keep the house clean, I'm not a neat freak so a few dirty dishes in the sink doesn't bother me at all.
