Highland Creek at Crosspointe is a wonderful community, really nice and very clean, family oriented, gardening done every week, it always look nice and beautiful.
Hwy 85/Exit 49 is about 5 minutes driving to Concord Mills Mall, groceries stores about 3 minutes driving, downtown 15 minutes.
The upper floor of a this townhouse with three bedroom, on the upper floor are two bedrooms, one for rent and the other I used it as office, beside this room the floor upper floor it will for you own privacy, one bedrooms, large full bathroom, living area, large closet, linen closet, on the lower floor is the kitchen, laundry room, covered patio with a really beautiful back ground to be shared.
To be share with a professional male, organized, clean, real happy with my self, respect the privacy of others, no smoker, no pets, no drugs, living a great peaceful and happy life and I will only shared my townhouse with someone with same qualities.
