My roommate (a childhood friend) will be moving to Australia on Feb 3rd. You could come before that’ if its best for you. You would have your own room and bathroom. I work in hospitality and work mostly nights, but surf, paddleboard and hike when im off. I usually go out for Taco Tuesdays down the street or out on the town once a week. My place is only somewhat furnished at this point, as I have only been in it a couple months and have been doing work on the condo since I moved in. i.e. new carpet, entrance flooring, bathroom floors, paint and closet doors. We do have a washer and dryer as well.
