Preferred room and roommate description

I'm a full-time graduate student at IUPUI, and my current roommate is planning to move out of our lease early. I can't afford the full rent amount by myself! Dakota Ridge Apartments are only a few years old and in great shape. My apartment is spacious and nearly fully furnished--all you need is your own bedroom furniture! You'd have your own bedroom and bathroom, and closet space is generous. It's in an incredibly ideal location if you go to IUPUI -- it's just a ten to fifteen minute drive down Bluff Road, and you don't have to deal with much city traffic. I've been told that I'm easy to live with; I'm a bit of a study-holic and I stay quiet, but I'm also pretty laid back. My dog will be staying with me for two months in the winter, but she is the most mellow, sweet dog you will ever meet. I have high speed, wireless internet, so you'd be all set for that as long as you paid half. Oh, and I don't watch TV, so I don't have cable, but you're welcome to get it installed if you need it.

I'm looking for anyone who is able to pay their share of the rent and utilities, electric, water, etc. I'd prefer my roommate to be female, as I am currently in a relationship, and all I ask is that you be respectful of my need to study and get enough sleep. Otherwise, I'm not picky! I've just moved to Indy and I haven't made any close friends yet, so I'm completely open to meeting new people.
