Preferred room and roommate description

Hello. My name is Scott Morgan. I am looking for a roommate or 2 to share my house in East Cobb. I have one room open right now for $400/month to share a bath with one person. At the end of November I will have a large bedroom with a private bathroom available for $525. Both bathrooms were recently re-grouted and are in excellent condition and the master bedroom is freshly painted in white. I can also repaint the smaller room if you do not like the blue. If you are not a fan of house work and chores then please read on.

More info; I am looking for a roommate at my house in Marietta near Johnson Ferry Road & Roswell Rd in the East Cobb area. It is 10 minutes from Kennesaw, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs or Roswell. I was a bartender and restaurant manager for 10 years but now I work as a business consultant so I do most of my work from home these days. Since I work from home I have a complete office setup with network printers and a fax machine that you are welcome to use. There is plenty of room in the house if you work at home also. Other amenities include and eliptical machine on the screened in porch and a 55" Sony TV in the living room.

I have a small dog named Teddy that stays outside or with me. If you like dogs you will love Teddy. He is so cute people keep trying to buy him from me. The house is a 3500 Sq ft house in a nice quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets and only minutes from Kroger, Sears, Kohls, Walmart, LA Fitness and most other major retailers. I am not directly on a bus line(unless you count school busses). We have great streets for walking, running or riding your bike.

I currently have 1 roommate renting the master bedroom so you would would share the hallway bath with me which is right outside your bedroom door. There are matching walkin closets between the 2 smaller rooms which minimizes the chance that either of us might dusturb the other. My house is very well maintained and I do like to keep it that way so I maintain the living areas. I clean the carpets, dust the furniture and maintain the kitchen so you only need to keep up your own room. I am asking $400 per month with a minimum 6 month lease. The rent includes all the utilities, wireless High Speed Internet Access and Cable TV in each room.
