My name is Scott Morgan. I am looking for a roommate to share my house in East Cobb. I have one availability but 2 rooms to choose from. It is located in East Cobb near the intersection of Roswell Road and Johnson Ferry Road. Not to be confused with the intersection of the same two roads in Sandy Springs. The room is available furnished with a bed and dresser or I can remove it if you have your own furniture.
The 1st Bedroom is $400/month with a shared bath and a walk in closet. Alternatively you could take the Master Bedroom across the hall for $525/month if you want a private bathroom. I am in the Master Bedroom but if you have the money and need the space I will take the small room. The Master bedroom is huge and has long walking closet just off of the spacious bathroom.
My house is in excellent condition and I keep it well maintained. The house is also equipped with motion sensitive spotlights above the walkway and a few security cameras for added security. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet with sidewalks and little or no traffic in the immediate area. I am not on a bus line.
There is a one months security deposit but the rent does include all the utilities, Wireless High Speed Internet Access and Cable TV. The listed price requires a full one month rent as a security deposit. If that is not possible I may consider a smaller security deposit in exchange I will need to charge an additional $25 per month for the rent.

My house is in Marietta near the Johnson Ferry Road & Roswell Rd intersection and it is only 10 minutes from Kennesaw, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Cherokee Co or Roswell, if you know the roads. I was a previously a bartender and restaurant manager but now I work as a computer consultant so I do most of my work from home. Since I work from home I have a complete office setup with a network printer and a fax machine that you are welcome to use. There is a great screened in porch and plenty of room in the house if you work at home also. Other amenities include and a 55" Sony TV in the living room, basketball hoop in the driveway and a pool table.
I have a small dog named Teddy but he stays outside or crated when I am not at home. The house is a 3500 Sq ft house in a nice quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets and only minutes from Kroger, Sears, Kohls, Walmart, LA Fitness and most other major retailers. I am not directly on a bus line(unless you count school busses). We have great streets for walking, running or riding your bike.
My house is very well maintained and I do like to keep it that way so I maintain the living areas. I clean the carpets, dust the furniture and maintain the kitchen(including the dishes) but if you make a mess you are expected to clean it up. Please check the location of Johnson Ferry and Rowsell Road intersection before you call me to schedule a look at the place.
