My house has 2 livingrooms one on 1st floor one on 2nd floor.There is a 27" hd stereo tv ,vcr to use upstairs..Shared common areas are kitchen,dining room,,front porch.My room and bathroom are on the 1st floor. I'm slowly overhauling/remodleing as I bought it needing tlc.I have C/O from city.I have smoke detectors and fire extinguishers on every floor.I have a new c02 detector.I installed 3 new exterior steel doors new back steps. I also have a cat.I'm retired/disabled.I don't.smoke cigs.I'm a bikers/hippie.I don't do or want drama in my home.
