This is Only $825/month (plus $500 deposit) for an individual and we share utilities (Seattle City Lights, Public Utilities and Puget Sound Energy, Cable)…I would also consider a couple for $1095/month (and sharing utilities)…Available Immediately!
I prefer no pets but for the right roommate would consider pets under a controlled situation. Ideal roommate would be professional (or graduate student), trust worthy, reliable, tidy and non-smoker.
