Looking for a cool,responsible, stable, clean, helpful, positive, social, no drama, open-minded person to share this big 4 bedroom house at the Lynnhaven area, around the corner from the mall and highway.
2 different bedroom sizes and prices available:
1) regular bedroom(very good size)....is $ 450 month > all utilities included,too
2) large bedroom (with 2 closets)...is $ 600 month > all utilities included,too
House has a huge newly-remodeled sweet kitchen with everything, big living room with big screen and 2 couches, large yard (with sand volleyball court,grille, picnic table), huge Hot Tub (next to the big Tiki Bar area and couches), washer and dryer.................great quiet area and close to everything
This is Mark, own my own company, and the house, and 3 cars, very comfortable to be around, funny, and social, work hard and still have fun on weekends.
