Preferred room and roommate description
It's getting close to the end of the month and I know that you have yet to find that perfect place to live; but fret not my friend, for I have the answer. Come check out the AWESOME bedroom I have available in my 3BR apartment and I'm sure that you'll agree that it's the place you want to live.
As stated, the rent is $600 a month, the utilities range from 50-65 dollars a month (for gas, electric, and internet) and you'll feel happy as clam once you move into your spacious, roomy bedroom. Trust me, I know, the place is great and the bedroom is practically it's own private 1BR.

Besides all that the bedroom has it's own, private bathroom, a HUGE closet, and it's own seperate entrance! AWESOME!

I'm looking for a room-mate who is clean, responsible, respects the fact that I have school M-F and doesn't mind keeping the parties to a minimum, is 420 friendly, pays ALL the bills on time, doesn't mind signing a 12 month lease, can move in on October 1st, smokes cigarettes outside (if they smoke at all), and is overall just a nice, cool person with a range of interests and hobbies!
Now something about myself: I'm 25, go to school at Columbia College for Fiction Writing, love comic books and music and samurai movies and late night tacos, always pay my bills on time, and consider myself a relatively clean person.
