Preferred room and roommate description

This is an apartment located in Camden Oxmoor, right behind Oxmoor mall and right off the Watterson Expressway. The complex is very nice and quiet, and includes a pool, 24 hour fitness center, clubhouse, volleyball court, and indoor basketball court. It's really convenient to get to everything, and an ideal location for Louisville. The apartment itself is a two bedroom, two bathroom. The room you would have is connected to your private bathroom, and includes a walk in closet. It has neutral colored walls, with brand new carpet and a giant window to let lots of light in. The apartment is otherwise furnished, and includes a dishwasher, microwave, balcony, crown molding, and ceiling fans in the rooms. You can look at the floorplan of the apartment and additional pictures by searching for Camden Oxmoor apartments. Rent is due the first of the month, and is about $450 total with the utilities included. The room can be available as soon as possible, with a little bit of notice.
