Preferred room and roommate description

I have 1 room for rent or 2 rooms for rent if grouping, minutes from IUS OR 15 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN LOUISVILLE. Room is furnished with brand new pillowtop single mattress, dresser, rocker recliner and lamp. Room has a brand new comforter set, new sheet set and new mattress pad. Room has a full length closet (deep)with double folding doors, not those little single doors.

Utilities Included.

Will have use of internet and cable expanded. Cable hook-up in room. If you want premium channels, DVR, etc., we can discuss options. I would prefer students or professionals. Full use of kitchen and bathroom. I have a washer and dryer for use.

Can use living room. An occasional friend over is alright but I don't want groups of people saturating my household. No smoking in the house. If you are a smoker, you can smoke on the back porch (coffee can provided for cigarette butts).

No partiers please, or drugs. This is a quiet neighborhood.

Minutes from any grocery, department store, restaurant or gas station.

I'm easy to get along with and can joke with the best of them. I'm in my late thirties so you don't have to worry about some old codger getting in your personal business. Please feel free to contact me with questions. I can be flexible about certain things.
