Preferred room and roommate description
The bedroom I have available is upstairs in my home. It has a private bathroom and an additional room for computer or ?. Rent will be 400.00 a month plus half of gas/electric for the months of November, December, January and February only. All other utilities are included, ie. water, DSL, Cable TV. Cable TV and DSL is wired in the room for rent. There will be a 300.00 damage deposit due at move in and held until you move out as long as no damage has occured. I have a dog, so new roomie must love dogs. I am a very organized person and all I ask is that you be couteous and pick up after yourself.
