In Old Lou location - Lee-with private bathroom, 3rd Street -Nice updated rooms and shared kitchen plus deadbolt lock if you need one. It is close to U of L (main and medical) in Old Louisville and near by areas.
Shared kitchen has been updated with microwave oven and dishwasher. It has central heat and central air. With $385 per month, it covers all gas and electricity for one year lease and higher (depends on the duration of staying) for shorter term. It is cable and internet ready.
It requires ID and application ($35 fee-cash ) for checking work and rental references.
