Preferred room and roommate description

Hi,

From Jan 4th I am taking a 2-month trip to Los Angeles and looking for a comfortable flat or house share around central/beach areas of Los Angeles.

I currently work within the TV and Film industry in the UK in Production and taking a few months out of the London loop for a travel, hooking up with some friends who will be there and also have some professional meetings in place. I'm pretty out going, like getting involved with everything and generally planning to absorb the LA lifestyle.

Would prefer to live with non-smokers and no pets and somewhere with a drive/easy parking would be ideal.

I'd like to stay with professional people because although I shall be out and about enojying the fruits of LA, would be good to have a rest-bite to come back to.

In terms of rent, I'm happy to pay between $800 - $950 per month (inc. bills) depending on the area and facilities.

Would be great to hear from anyone who might have a room free from Jan 4th - March 4th 2010 to discuss further.
