Preferred room and roommate description

Hi, I'm posting this profile in hopes of finding someone in my same situation, who needs to share the cost of living for awhile. I'm clean, honest, responsible and I believe communicating wants, needs and expectations, as well as limits, in regards to screening potential roommates, in order to find the right person. There is someone for everyone. I am open-minded and get along with most people. I won't have people over very often, if at all - I work for myself outside the house, and am reliable. I'd like to live in the general Hollywood / Silverlake, North Hollywood area, but will consider outside that area.
