Preferred room and roommate description

As a roommate: I'm pretty chill and easy to get along with. I pay my bills on time. I have a real job so I will be gone all day and won't be home until 7:00 pm. I get up around 6:00 am to run so I go to bed no later than 12:00 am on the weekdays.

As a friend: I'm pretty outgoing and I like to try everything. I'm not careless, but I'm not sheltered either. I can chill at home and just hang out or I can go out and party all night, but I would rather chill than party all night =D
