hi! I'm looking for a room to rent for around 500 per month in the San Gabriel Valley area. Someplace nice, quiet, with easygoing and down-to-earth people.
A little about myself: I just moved here from Kansas last year and I'm currently attending film school. I work at a restaurant in Rowland Heights and also as a freelance editor. I'm really easygoing and considerate of those around me, and I always pay my rent on time. I don't party, smoke, or do drugs.
I own two small but very sweet and well-mannered cats that always stay in my room, they don't wander around the house or anything. Because of this I would prefer a room with a private bathroom, as I keep the litter box in there.
