My name is Axel Coronado, I'm looking for a place to live in this area RPV, PV, RH, RHE, because I do not want to move so far away from all my activities that I have in the last 9 years. I'm looking for a small guest house or a room in a house that someone is welling to rent, here in rolling hills or any of the areas nearby. I was paying a rent and did some light maintenance work around the house, small repairs and also manage the whole last remodeling for the new inheritors, the house is for sale now. I'm a hard working individual, loves a very nice clean and peaceful environment , my references and records are impeccable, I have live in Rolling Hills estates for the last 9 years and before then in Manhattan beach for 14 years, I work in electrical systems and managed construction jobs as a superintendent . My place now is 14'x14' with a private bathroom and closet, we share the Off. Also have some space for some of my equipment in the back yard and we share the kitchen; thanks to the new owners (inheritors) sons of the disease owner they gave me this recommendation letter: To whom it may concern, Simply put, Axel Coronado is an awesome tenant. In the almost 9 years he has live in my father's house, there have been absolutely no incidents that would concern a prospective landlord. In fact, quite the opposite has been true. Axel did not just live upstairs. He always helped out around the house whenever he could, and took the initiative to make sure everything in the house was in working order. While Axel was there, my father never had to call a repairman. Axel always took care of it personally, or found someone who could make the repairs, and he saved my father thousands of dollars in repair costs. Axel wasn't just a friend; he became part of our family. When my father could no longer drive, Axel would take him places he needed to go. When my son moved out there to help take care of my father, he showed my son around, and became a good and trusted friend. When my oldest daughter came out there to intern in the film industry for a summer, Axel found her a part time job with one of his clients, and looked after her. Finally, when my father got sick, it was Axel that rushed him to the emergency room, and made sure he got the best of care, and watched over him until by brother got down there from Oregon. If it wasn't for Axel, my brother and I probably wouldn't have been able to spend the last couple of months of my father's life at his side, and been able to say goodbye.
