Preferred room and roommate description

I'm moving to LA area from out of state with my son and I'm looking for a room to rent. I'm kind of flexible with move in dates, so we can come any time after June 1st. I'm very clean, low maintenance and I like to cook. My son is well behaved and he will be in school most of the day.
