Hello Potential Roommate, I am a teacher & I would love to have another teacher or professional to share my rental. I am recently divorced but friendly with ex because of the four-legged "children". I have 3 dogs: 2 golden retrievers and a golden/shepherd mix. All are obedient, trained and friendly and do not bite. We lost our house to foreclosure and needed a home that would take our 3 dogs. I go to sleep between 10 & 12PM and wake up between 6 & 7AM. I work long hours & bring home work plus I am in grad school. I would like a friendly, responsible, neat & not too noisy roommate (I need it quiet when studying, reading, writing papers). House is walking distance to CSULB, bus stops close, VERY safe & pretty neighborhood. Enclosed yard with patio furniture, fruit trees (avocado, apples,lemons), plants & flowers with gardener included. Large screen TV in living room with FIOS TV, DVR, & computer access. Gas fireplace in den, gas stove & floor heater, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and extra freezer in garage. Large capacity washer & dryer included-no quarters! Ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms & living room. House has a nice breeze thru it. I also have a portable AC for really hot days. Bedroom measures 11 x 10 feet with 2 windows and a small closet. There are two IKEA cupboards & drawers in the room you can use for clothes and other stuff to store. Must love dogs. Long Beach will only allow 3 dogs per house so you cannot bring your dog-SORRY. Please, no cats or other small animals. I wouldn't want anything to happen to your pet because golden retrievers are hunting dogs. Interested in a good personality match. Your length of stay can vary to fit your needs but hopefully, you will decide to stay for a long time. I love the house & area and don't want to move especially into a small cramped apartment. 420 medicinal use. I don't drink, smoke, or "party". I don't mind if you drink on occasion but no smokers please. I am friendly, funny, considerate, honest, respectful and looking for the same. I also have boxes ready for you for your packing needs. Great deal for the right person.
