Share my rental house in a beautiful, SAFE, family neighborhood in Long Beach. Two bedrooms, 1 bath, ceiling fans, internet, FIOS TV, full house and kitchen privileges, gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, blender, outside BBQ grills, enclosed yard with fruit trees (lemons, apples, avocados), plants, flowers with gardener included, patio with patio furniture, large capacity washer/dryer, den with gas fireplace. I have 3 well-behaved, trained, golden retrievers that stay outside & in den with sliding glass door to patio while I am not at home. Extra freezer space in garage. I am a special education teacher and in graduate school so please no loud housemates that party hearty or cigarette smokers. I am willing to work with you on length of stay or rental if needed.
