I have a two story home in Tucker, GA. I have two rooms available to rent for $500, which includes all the utilities (DirecTV, comcast internet, power, water, gas, and trash). I just remodeled my kitchen with granite countertops and all new appliances. I've got a great deck with a green egg smoker/grill.
I'm pretty laid back and very out going. I work hard during the week, and I have a good time on the weekends. I do drink, but no drugs please.
The only thing I ask of my roommates is to pay on time and respect each other and their belongings.
No pets or children, please.
