Preferred room and roommate description

I'm a prof. gay white male, very secure in all areas of my life. I open to sharing my huge house with gay and/or friendly people only ( not looking for any thing but a responsible room mate) must have proof of income, references, no drugs at all, don't mind if you drink responsible, I keep the home clean, there is a maid married couple that is coming in once a month for now, this cost is a roommate split. ( about $45 to you) I have 3 small dogs, very well behaved, they do not have free run of house, x show dogs ( about 13 pounds each) they pretty much stay in my bedroom/work area, ( pet gate separates from main house)back yard ( a door from my bedroom goes to back yard, so no need to go through main house) This is VERY NICE HOUSE, Lighthouse Point is considered the safest neighborhood in Broward. I'm 4 blocks to ocean, one of the counties top 10 beaches is 5 min. away.2 easy direct miles to I 95. Fort Laud. is about 15 min. and about 10 min. to Boca, very quite area, a residential street, with great neighbors. Landscaped front and back yards, I have a whole sale orchid business, and have 4 shades houses with 5000 orchids in back yard. I typically have 10 or so amazing orchids in the house. I also do massage therapy,( certified nationally, Florida and North Carolina) have had a private practice for 15 years, I have a spa space in Fort Lauderdale, and have a studio space off my bedroom, which is private, and have a FEW regular clients by appointment only here. I keep very busy, and have a full schedule already booked for fall and winter. I live a healthy, holistic lifestyle, I'm fit, happy and Spiritual (Metaphysical) Rent is $750 a month, includes all utilities, and wireless internet, there are 2 bedrooms avail. each with private bath and across all from each other, my bedroom area is at the opposite end of house ( about 300 feet away! This house is huge, all recently updated, new kitchen ( stainless, granite, cherry wood cupboards, huge pass through bar to Florida room ( has bar stools) fire place ( real stone) in Florida room, and double French doors to back yard, which is fenced ( 6 ft. wood) private, prof. landscaped, with my 5000 orchids. New stone floors, wood in bedrooms, all 3 bathrooms are new. New energy eff. a/c/ I have lived here since Oct. 08, and absolutely love it. the bedrooms are huge. $750 is a great deal for the right person.
