I need a roommate to move into my apartment in November. This complex is relatively new and the apartment is on the second floor. I would prefer my roommate to be a female non-smoker age 20-30. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is not private but it's right across the hall. I need a roommate that cleans up after themselves and pulls their own weight. I'm not asking for a clean freak, just respect that it's my home too.
There is digital cable and internet which runs about $85 total a month. Electricity and water is not included in the rent. Water bills are cheap - $30 or $40. There are washer and dryer hookups but I currently don't have a washer and dryer. Any that you want to bring are welcome. Unfortunately there is no laundry facility in the complex so I go to a laundromat or my parents' house.
About me: I don't smoke and I drink occasionally. I go to clubs maybe once or twice a month. Most of my friends don't live in the area so I don't get to go out a lot. I like most types of music - my favorite being country. I have a small cat and she keeps to herself. If you have any questions I'd be happy to answer them and hear about you too. Thanks!
