You would have your own bathroom where the washer/dryer is available for both of us to use. The kitchen appliances are all included. I do have a miniature dachshund that is very friendly.
I am looking for a female between the ages of 21 and 25 that is financially responisble, organized, clean, honest and friendly.
The payments break down like this:
Rent: $435/month
Water: approx $15/month
Sewage: approx $15/month
AT&T(internet and cable): approx $40/month
KCP&L: approx $75/month -- this varies depending on the time of year.
My lease ends October of 2010 and roommate would be required to put their name on the current lease.
