I have two bedrooms upstairs I am asking 400 a month plus utilites for both, The bedrooms that are freshly painted There is one bathroom upstairs. There is also a walk in closet that is 12 feet long. It will hold lots of clothes . face the duck pond. I have rented out the downstairs to a married couple. The house is about 2900 square feet with wall to wall carpet. It backs up to a 6 Acre Duck pond. There is one kitchen that has hard wood floors that will have to be shared. You are welcome to cook anything you like I would only ask that you clean up the kitchen the same day as you prepare your meals. You would also have access to a washer and dryer. The back of the house faces the Duck Pond. . The house sets at the end of a culsack in the Raintree Lake subdivision. You will also have access to a private pool in the subdivision. I myself love music and play a little guitar. If you play a instrument and like make music this might be the place for you. I know I practice more if I have someone to practice with . I work full time as a telecom Engineer for one of the local telephone companies. Raintree is a very nice and safe place to live .
