Looking for a quiet place with Internet. Utility's included. I am a smoker but have no problem smoking outside. I don't need any hassles. Present room mate drinks too much. Other than that, the room and house and yard are perfect... I don't care what you do in your house as long as it is not bothering me when your drunk. If your like that, please don't respond to this ad. I am looking for something in the Northwest or North Las Vegas. Closer to the outside of town the better. I also have my own furnishings for the room. I need a private bathroom and access to a kitchen. Washer and dryer is also a must. Cable/satellite doesn't matter.
