Preferred room and roommate description

I am a college student looking for a summer roommate, the apartment costs would be $400 per month, this does include utilites and pays for use of all the amenities. I would prefer someone who does not smoke or drink and is also a laid back person who will be easy to get along with. The apartment is in very good condition and is a quiet and nice place to live. I really would like to know ASAP if anyone is interested I need to know before mid to late April if anyone needs a place for the summer. I am willing to negotiate the price some!
