Preferred room and roommate description

I have a room for rent on the southwest side of Lansing.

The room is furnished and has a queen bed, bookshelf, chest of drawers, large closet. I furnish the bed linens. There is DSL (wireless) in the house. The $325 rent includes utilities, kitchen and laundry privileges. I have Directv in the house, but there is no TV in the room, however there are two sets for use in the family room and living room.
