Located in Coatesville - I am presently in a lease. My housemate left and need someone to share the house with. $550/mnth including utilities (except oil for winter heat we share that) $15 extra per month for cable share (because of cable box rental). On street parking but most times parking available in back of house. Blocks from major transportation, buses trains to Phili. Prefer a male housemate.
