I have a centrally located, spacious (1600 SF) unit in a high rise building with a balcony overlooking the Michigan lake and the Belmont harbor - restaurants, shopping, bars, wrigleyfield, all within walking distance. Features include: Fully carpeted floors, modern furniture, cable/satellite, water, dish washer, microwave, private bed room/bathroom, laundry facility, roof-top pool, 24 hour security, next to all all public transportation (buses and trains). All utilities included except electric!
I am an Engineering Consultant (who travels a lot for work) looking for a working professional to share my beautiful condo with.
