Easy convenience to the Southport brown line stop as well as a short walk/bus over to the Belmont redline stop. ( longer bus to blue)
About the place. It is a duplex ( 2 floor apt)
It would be a private furnished room with shared common space.
Your room would have a queen sized bed, desk/dresser, closet etc.
Towels, bed linens duvet etc would all be provided.
The main house area is furnished. there is a large projection screen TV in the living room. dvr/dvd stereo/ netflix.
There are HBO and showtime as well as thousands of movies free on demand. You also have the option to record shows. There is wifi connection throughout including the back yard.
Sofa also makes into a bed for guests. There is even a fireplace for a cold night.
There is a dining room area for entertaining with a small bar.
The kitchen is fully furnished with most anything you can imagine.
There is a washer and dryer. dishwasher espresso machine, mixer, juicer, pots, pans, plates, glasses etc.
There is also a back yard to utilize. There is a BBQ, Fire pit, swing, table..
IF this is not enough.. there is a loft bonus floor.There is an extra kitchen area, bathroom and living room with another projection TV( bigger screen than downstairs.) We have an office up here and a guest room you can utilize for friends you do not want sharing your bed..
We are open to rent to anyone but have found it works well for people who are doing an internship or an international student (mostly because the room is furnished and we don't want to put things in storage)
It could be a short stay or longer stay depending. We would want First months rent and a security deposit which is equal to your last months rent
Rent would be inclusive of all utilities, cable, furnishings, bedding towels,.local and international calls to land lines, and full access your room and common areas of the home ( over 2700sq feet of space in total)..etc.

Please note we do have a beagle mix dog. she does not bark and rings a bell to go out. no worries she is our responsibility unless you want to take her out to help you "meet" people in the neighborhood... oh and a cat in case you have allergies We do not want other pets but would be happy to discuss if that is your only option.
. We also like to cook and you are always welcome to join..but we do eat meat along with all sorts of fruits nuts berries diary nuts chocolate, deserts & cookies >
