We have an extra bedroom that will be open starting December 1st. The apartment is pretty big. We live on the third floor (top). We have a seperate living room and dinning room. Heat is Included. There are three washers and dryers the the building shares. The area is one of the safest in chicago. We are a couple blocks from three major train lines. We are also about a block from 4 or 5 express buses that go downtown. We live a block from the lake so we have access to Lake Shore Drive which makes it quick to get downtown. We are looking for a girl who could stay at least 6 months or until the end of our lease in October. Our third roommate has to move out from unforseen circumstances. We are fairly clean girls in our early twenties who have full time jobs but also like to go out and have fun. Looking for a respectful roommate that loves dogs (we have a shitzu), keeps clean, in there 20s, likes to hang out and is friendly. No smoking inside the apt, but we do have a back porch.
