Preferred room and roommate description
Hello, I am a 23 year old male corp professional and I just bought a place in East Lakeview on Sheridan and Diversey. I would like to have one roomate, preferably no pets, and no smoking inside the condo.
The building is 2930 N.Sheridan, quick walk to the lake, running trails, a bunch of restaurants and bars in Lakeview, and Lincoln Park/ Wrigleyville. The place offers great views of downtown/ navy pier/ Lincoln park. The express buses run stop outside the buildin, so its very accessible to downtown/ loop. Parking is not included, but stree parking without permits are available nearby and there is paid parking too.

Friendly, easy going
Will not be around much due to my job
Enjoy outdoor activities/ sports/ night out in town usually weekends
Looking for roomate to hang out and common interests, would definitely want to get to know you before moving in!

Steady source of income/ basically pay your rent on time
I would like a credit check/ screening
12 month leases are welcome but any lesser we can negotiate.
Need to move in ASAP, will give rent kickback for November!

Master Bedroom (17'x12') with Big closet/ Private Bathroom – RENTING inclusive of all UTILITIES FOR $1000/month or $945/month split utilties
Washer/Dryer/ Cleaners in building
One month worth of deposit required.
This is a newly renovated condo, so new appliances/ light fixtures/ walls are freshly painted
My expectations:
- keep area clean in common areas
- be on time with rent
- rent can be negotiated based on lease terms etc.
