Preferred room and roommate description

I am buying a condo in East County (off the 67 freeway) and I’m looking to rent out the other room for $600 as early as Nov 27th and as late as Jan 1st. I am seeking a female roommate between the ages of 20-30.

The condo is a newer upstairs 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo, built in 2006, located near the pool. Interior is upgraded with walk in closets, convenient laundry in unit, extra storage in guest bathroom. Central A/C & Heat. Very nice resort like gated community with many amenities. Parking space included. Just a few minutes from Santee shopping center: Costco, 24hr fitness, Henry’s, Target, Wal-Mart …and more. It takes me 15 minutes to get to SDSU.

About me: I graduated from SDSU with a degree in Psychology. I’m a Behavior Therapist by day and a Community Support Facilitator by night. My schedule changes every day. Certain days I work over night, 10pm-9am (3-5 nights a week), but during the week you can expect to see me in and out of the house. In the evenings I love to cook and watch a little TV before I wind down. On the weekends I’m open to having a few friends over once in awhile to “wine and dine”, but I don’t want a party environment. No drugs. I’m under a lot of stress at work, and purchasing my first home doesn’t help, but I’m hoping once I get adjusted to my new place I can just relax..;) I’m looking for a friend/roommate to celebrate LIFE away from work with… Once I’m settled in, I plan on making more time for the things that really matter like: Sanity, having fun, family, friends, exercise, church, etc… If you’re interested or need more info on the location and place feel free to e-mail me with the best way to reach you.
