Preferred room and roommate description

Our home is in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood near SFSU and CCSF. There is good public transit to all parts of the city. We offer our room only to international travelers who are coming here for study or internships. I speak French, Spanish, and Italian, and my husband speaks Russian.

Two bedrooms are available. The first room is furnished with a double bed, desk and 2 bookcases. The second room is larger and has a double bed, small sofa, desk, dresser, and bookshelves. We have 2 indoor cats, so our home is not a good choice for someone with allergies. The cost ranges from $600 to $900 depending on which room is taken and the arrangements for meals. Non-smokers only, please!
